If you really don't want to kill anything than regualr hounds can be put to sleep with darts, and avoid grave hounds. If you get the Prototype in the Breanna mission you can unlock darts that affect the Witches and the Grave Hounds. Unlike Dishonored 1, killing them does count as a kill, but I am trying to get the no-killing achievement.
